March event for all Crossroads Association Older Girls
$ 20.00 per girl for facility, snack, event patch, and optional activities
troops are responsible for some of their own meals, a craft to be set up and
available
for all troops and help with Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast
preparations and cleanup

Photography IP Workshop
February event for all Crossroads Association Older Girls
$5.00 per girl for cost of event, service project donation, IP badge and
snack
coordinated effort by the Older Girl Troops of the Crossroads Association

A motion was made to approve minutes from the previous meeting.

seconded and approved with none opposed.
Juliettes need to "buddy" with another troop not enough space to allow mother / daughter combos
New Business:
Archery Equipment
cabin key is limited, therefore access to the archery equipment locker is
limited
discussion of Crossroads and Cresta Blanca Associations sharing equipment
Storage Unit
storage facility is maxed out and limited Crossroads to a six month
lease where renewal will be based on availability at
expiration
flags and archery equipment are used the most
suggestion: splitting cost with Camp Butano Creek or "buy one,
get one free" or "large unit for the price of smaller unit"
question of options available and costs
