    … Vote is needed at next Leader Meeting for delegates
    … all but one of the delegates can be "girls"

… Association Event forms
    … graded by GSUSA for "offering activities" for girls
    … needs to be added to the Event Packet
    … can be e-mailed and filed electronically

… an e-mail from Linda Pearson (moved to Dayton, Ohio) was read to the group

… next Gold Award Approval Meeting – March 5^th, 9 a.m. – applications due
