Leader  Meetings  are usually held the 2nd Monday of the month (Sept - May) at Pleasanton Middle School in the Multi-Purpose Room at 7:30pm.

Please check the Calendar as occasionally it is necessary to change the date due to holidays, prior  events, etc.   Most of the information a troop needs is dispensed at the leader meetings through paperwork and/or speakers. Attendance for troop leaders is important. If absolutely no one from a troop can make a meeting, check the troop folder bins on your service unit director's porch a few days after the missed meeting.

Association Coordinating Team "ACT"

Association Coordinating Team "ACT" meetings are usually held the 4th Monday of the month at Lydiksen Elementary at 7:00pm. Please check the Calendar as occasionally it is necessary to change the date due to holidays, prior events, etc. These meetings are conducted to address any and all issues regarding the running and financing of Crossroads Girl Scout Association. Please consider joining!  A shared task is an easier task. These meetings are open to all members of our association.

Fundraisers

There are two council-driven fundraisers that our association participates in to help troops earn funds.

Fall Sales - Nuts,  candy and magazine subscriptions.

Cookie Sale - Nationally run, but each Council has their own specific product line of Girl Scout Cookies.
